For Hexagon, I was tasked with producing a comprehensive suite of five distinct e-learning modules centered on inclusion awareness.

My responsibility covered the entire creative and technical execution for this project. Taking the core content provided for each topic, I designed all visual assets and developed the fully interactive modules. The five topics I brought to life were: Inclusion & Diversity, Belonging, Privilege & Allyship, Psychological Safety, and Unconscious Bias & Microinequities.

Beyond the e-learning modules themselves, I also designed supplementary materials to create a holistic learning package. This included creating a unique downloadable handout for each of the five modules, as well as designing the comprehensive Diversity & Inclusion Managers' Handbook to support the wider learning initiative.
