Hexagon: Inclusion Awareness

For Hexagon, I designed a comprehensive suite of five eLearning modules focused on critical aspects of inclusion awareness: "Inclusion and Diversity," "Belonging," "Privilege and Allyship," "Psychological Safety," and "Unconscious Bias and Microinequities."

My role extended beyond module creation to include the design of downloadable PDF handouts to support learning retention for each module, as well as a detailed Diversity & Inclusion Managers handbook, ensuring a cohesive and resource-rich learning experience.
