Nuffield Farming Scholarships: Conscious Inclusion in Agriculture

This was a significant eLearning project centered on promoting conscious inclusion within the agricultural sector. Working as part of the Global Diversity Practice team, we collaborated extensively with Nuffield Farming Scholarships, alongside prominent partners including McDonalds, Harper Adams University, and the School of Sustainable Food & Farming.

The module was a large-scale initiative aimed at exploring and fostering a more diverse and inclusive environment throughout agriculture, requiring careful coordination with multiple stakeholders to deliver a unified and impactful learning program.
