I was responsible for the full design and build of two substantial e-learning modules for Shell: "Respect in the Workplace" and "Conscious Inclusion." A key challenge of this project was working within Shell's comprehensive brand and compliance standards, ensuring every visual and functional element was perfectly aligned with their strict corporate identity.

A significant aspect of this project was its global scale. I managed the complex technical process for localisation, which involved coordinating with third-party vendors to handle translations into 14 different languages. My role included preparing all assets for translation and then meticulously implementing and testing each language version to ensure seamless functionality and consistency across the globe.
