During my time at Global Diversity Practice, I cultivated a strong and successful partnership with Arrow Electronics, who became one of the company's most frequent clients. The continuous stream of projects they commissioned was a testament to the exceptional quality, efficiency, and rapid turnaround times of my work.

Beginning with their first "Everyday Inclusion" module, I created their learning solutions, handling the branding, digital design, and creation of all graphics. I also led the functional development and building of the interactive e-learning modules.

The projects I delivered for them include full length modules such as "Everyday Inclusion", "Multicultural Advantage," "Disability Inclusion," "Advancing Women at Arrow," and "Inclusive Hiring," as well as a suite of five bespoke micro-learning modules focused on Arrow's specific inclusion principles.
