CNWL NHS Foundation Trust: Civility & Respect

This project, developing a "Civility & Respect" eLearning module, represents my most recent work at Global Diversity Practice. We collaborated closely with the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust team throughout this year.

The module was envisioned as the foundational piece in a new suite of learning, featuring highly specific content meticulously aligned with the Trust’s SCARF principles.

Key design elements included detailed, reflective scenarios to encourage practical application and a comprehensive handout of additional downloadable resources to support ongoing learning.
