For Illumina, I was tasked with the creative and technical execution of a major internal learning initiative focused on diversity and inclusion. My responsibility was to transform their core content into a comprehensive suite of five distinct e-learning modules and multiple employee toolkits.

I designed a cohesive visual language that was applied across all modules. I developed each interactive module from the ground up, integrating visual assets and voiceover to create an accessible and impactful learning experience.

In addition to the modules, I designed the accompanying employee toolkits as practical, downloadable resources to support continued learning and application in the workplace. These covered sensitive and vital topics such as "Gender Equity in STEM," "Inclusive Hiring," and "LGBTQ+ Allyship."
