This project involved designing and developing the "Open Minds" e-learning module for Finastra. The initiative was a key part of their commitment to fostering an open and inclusive internal culture.

My role was to take the conceptual framework of their "Open Minds" programme and build it into a polished and interactive digital learning experience. I handled the complete design process, from creating the visual look-and-feel to producing all graphical elements.

Following the design phase, I developed the module, engineering the interactive features and integrating media to ensure the final product was engaging, accessible, and aligned with Finastra's innovative brand identity.
